Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Createrun Identity (id.createrun.ai) and the relying-party applications it authenticates you into. By signing in or creating an account you agree to the rules below.

Your account

You are responsible for the credentials associated with your account. Keep your password private, enable multi-factor authentication where offered and report any suspicious activity to your tenant administrator immediately.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, brute-force passwords, impersonate another user or harvest accounts.
• Do not abuse the account chooser, signup flow or password reset to enumerate other users.
• Do not redistribute issued tokens or share API keys outside your organisation.

Violations may result in immediate suspension of the offending account and a forensic audit of related sessions.

Service availability

Createrun Identity is offered on a best-effort basis. We schedule maintenance windows in advance and publish incident reports for service-affecting outages. There is no warranty of uninterrupted availability for free-tier deployments.

Changes to these terms

Material changes to these terms will be highlighted on the sign-in page for at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Createrun Identity after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
